Not a normal blog post this month but an announcement about Math Basics.
Math Basics will be a set of on-line tutorials that aim to give a sound foundation to Maths. There is always a lot of talk about how ‘back to basics’ is needed but no information on how to get back to basics. This series will help.

Math Basics will concentrate of math fluency.
You need to know where someone stands in their mastery of math fluency. In July, Math Basics will launch an on-line assessment to determine math fluency level. This will be launched from this blog.
